Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. By using our website and services you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FamilyLicor INC website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

All purchases of alcohol through FamilyLicor INC are subject to age verification. By placing an order you confirm that: • You are 21 years of age or older. • The recipient of the delivery is 21 years of age or older. • You understand that a valid, government-issued photo ID proving age 21+ is required at the time of delivery. • You consent to our delivery driver requesting and inspecting your ID before any alcohol is transferred. FamilyLicor INC complies with all applicable New York State and New York City alcohol delivery laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any person who cannot provide valid age verification.

3. Delivery & ID Verification Policy

All alcohol deliveries require a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) at the point of delivery. Delivery will be refused and the order cancelled in either of the following situations: • The recipient fails or refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID. • The presented ID indicates the recipient is under 21 years of age. In both cases the $20.00 restocking fee described in Section 4 will apply. Delivery is available within our designated service area in New York City. Delivery windows and availability are subject to change. FamilyLicor INC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

4. Failed Delivery & Restocking Fee

If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed ID verification — whether the recipient refuses to show ID or the ID provided shows the recipient is under 21 years of age — the following policy applies: • A $20.00 non-refundable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. • The remaining balance (order total minus the $20.00 restocking fee and any non-refundable delivery charges) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. • The $20.00 restocking fee covers driver time, travel costs, and order handling. By placing an order with FamilyLicor INC you acknowledge and agree to this fee. This policy is in place to cover the real costs incurred when a delivery cannot be completed due to age verification failure. Example: You pay $55.00 total ($50.00 for alcohol + $5.00 delivery fee). Delivery fails due to ID verification. Your refund would be $30.00 — calculated as: $55.00 paid āˆ’ $20.00 restocking fee āˆ’ $5.00 delivery fee (the driver completed the trip) = $30.00 back to you.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once a delivery is in progress, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the following circumstances: • Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund. • Failed delivery due to ID verification failure — order total minus $20.00 restocking fee and delivery charge. • Damaged or incorrect item received — full refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. FamilyLicor INC is not responsible for delays on the part of financial institutions.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Vintage, label design, and packaging may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

FamilyLicor INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for the misuse of alcohol products purchased through our platform. By purchasing, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

8. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order, verifying your age, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or comply with applicable law. By using our services you consent to our collection and use of your information as described herein.

9. Changes to These Terms

FamilyLicor INC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
